What happens next?

• I promise the hardest part is deciding that you want help. The rest is easy!

• We will start off with a complimentary 25-minute information session, with the goal of getting to know each other. The other key goal will be to identify a focus area that you want coaching or mentoring in.

• If you choose to move ahead, we will jointly fill out a simple contract as a commitment to what we will be focusing on together.

• During the coaching/mentoring sessions, the growth happens through conversation and lots of questions, and ends with "homework" that you will commit to completing before our next session. 

• The magic is in the follow-up sessions. Having someone who "cares without judgement" and holds you accountable is the secret sauce. We both want you to succeed!
